About Your GuideHi, there! I am Madeleine. I am a Swedish expat who moved to Ireland in 2016 to undertake my Bachelor's degree at University College Dublin. I am a frequent traveler who divided my time between backpacking across the world and working as a journalist before coming to Ireland. Once I moved to Dublin, however, I completely fell in love with the city. The warmth and friendliness of the people, the laid-back atmosphere, and the surrounding natural beauty of the sea and the Wicklow Mountains quickly gave Dublin a very special place in my heart. Since I graduated college, I have undertaken two Masters’ degrees, travelled, and started my own travel company; Woander Tours.
