Use of this website and other sites published by us are conditional upon you accepting the following terms and conditions. Unless otherwise specified, your acceptance of this User Agreement shall be indicated by your use of and/or registration with any of our websites including www.woandertours.com, by subscribing to Woanderlust Magazine, purchasing our Tours or any other online publications or services that we produce. By using any of our services including this website you are deemed to have accepted these User Terms.

3. Use of This Website and Our Products & Services

This website, as well as our products and services are designed for your personal, non-commercial use and you must not use them in any other way without our consent. Except as permitted under applicable law or as otherwise specified within these Terms and Conditions, you must not use, copy, translate, publish, license or sell this website or any materials or information within it, or the structure, overall style and program code of this website without our consent. We are either the owner or the licensee of the intellectual property rights in the website and the material published thereon. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site (including taking necessary steps to ensure you use up to date anti-virus software). You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the website through your internet connection are aware of these User Terms, and that they comply with them.

You must not use a false name or email or provide any false information nor impersonate another person when registering for use of this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever arising from the misappropriation of your password by a third party.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of the website immediately and without prior notice.

Such third parties are solely responsible for the content of such advertising and for ensuring that it complies with all relevant legislation and regulations. We do not accept any responsibility for the content of any third party advertising.

9. Your Contributions

You agree that any information that you provide in connection with, or which forms part of, this website, or information you provide that is published in any of our print publications will be, as far as you are aware, true and accurate and will not infringe any copyright or trade mark, or any right of privacy, publicity or personality or any other right, whether registered or unregistered, of any other nature or any person, or be obscene or libellous or blasphemous or defamatory and you agree to indemnify us against all claims, proceedings, damages, liabilities and costs, including legal costs arising out of your breach of this term.

In submitting a contribution to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, adapt, prepare, derivate works of and/or amend any contribution in any format. This license shall include the right for any user of the website to access and use the contribution.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make additions or deletions to, to edit, crop or arrange any contributions prior to publication. We also reserve the right not to publish a contribution in whole or in part or to remove a contribution in whole or in part.

10. Woander Network Expert Content

As part of the Woander Network, any individual or organisation who provides content (‘Expert’) to be shared with our members, agrees that this content may be promoted or otherwise used in connection with the marketing of the Woander Network through Woander Tours’ social media channels and on the Woander Network section of the Woander Tours website. Any promotion or sharing of Experts’ content on these channels or on this website will be clearly attributed to the Experts who created it, and will be used only for Woander Network’s purposes i.e. to provide female entrepreneurs with valuable advice and information on starting, running and succeeding in business.

11. Subscriptions

DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

(a) Subscription Description

Digital Subscription: access to all content and articles on the Woander website.

(b) Becoming a Subscriber

To become a subscriber, you will need to register for a Woander account in accordance with clause 4 of these Terms. We reserve the right to reject any order for a subscription without giving a reason.

Once you have become a subscriber, your subscription is personal to you and non-transferable.

Depending on your chosen subscription option and payment method, subscription payments may be recurring or non-recurring and may be taken monthly or annually. Your minimum subscription term, payment method and frequency of payments will be made clear to you before you purchase your subscription and in your confirmation email.

By submitting payment details to us, you promise that you are entitled to purchase a subscription using those payment details.

All digital subscriptions are an instant access service. By purchasing a subscription you agree your access will start immediately.

(c) Cancellations

If, during the first 14 days of your subscription term (the “Cooling-Off Period”), you change your mind about your subscription, you may cancel your subscription by emailing us at info@woandertours.com. If you haven’t made use of, or viewed, any subscriber content, we will refund any payments received from you using the same method of payment that you used to purchase your subscription. If you have viewed subscriber content, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you cancel your subscription during the Cooling-Off Period, your access to our services will stop and you will be required to forfeit any subscription benefits that you have received.

If you decide to cancel your subscription after the Cooling-Off Period, you can do so by emailing us at info@woandertours.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the next billing date. You will continue to have access to our services and subscriber benefits until your next billing date. You are not entitled to a refund to any unused parts of your subscription.

If you receive a subscription, you must cancel your subscription or contact us at least 2 days before your next billing date. If you do not provide such notice, you will be required to make your next bill payment and your subscription will continue until the end of the next billing period.

(d) General

We may change our subscription prices and/or entitlements at any time with 30 days’ notice and you may cancel your subscription within this notice period. We may also, at any time and at our sole discretion, terminate your subscription with us where we believe that we have serious grounds to terminate (for example, for non-payment or breach of these terms).

12. Campaigns and Offers

Woander may offer you to take part in campaigns where other Terms are applicable. Such Terms apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific products or service specified by Woander in connection with the campaign. We reserve the right to at any time cancel a campaign, upon cancelation or expiration of a campaign these Terms will apply. A campaign including only specific items on the Website will last for a limited time and while supplies last.

13. Giveaway Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Disclaimer: A participant may be required to enter their credit card details in order to activate their subscription. No payment will be required and participants may unsubscribe at any time without charge.

By entering a Woander Tours Limited giveaway (each, a “Giveaway”), you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. Open to individuals who are the legal age of majority in their country of residence prior to the date of entry.

Winner Selection Method. Woander Tours will award a giveaway to one or more individuals who enter at the Giveaway point of entry (Woander Tours Social Media Accounts and/or Website) using the selection method identified below. The Giveaway Post will specify the giveaway, approximate retail value, how to enter, and when each Giveaway begins and ends. Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If you are a winner, a notification will be sent to you via Message or Email.

If you win a giveaway, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the giveaway for cash.

How to Enter. You may enter the Sweepstakes via the entry method described below.

1. On the Sweepstakes Landing Page, confirm you have an eligible address (you may be required to log in to your Goodreads and/or Amazon account) and follow the entry form instructions.

2. When you complete the entry form, the book identified as the prize in the Sweepstakes will be automatically added to your Want-to-Read shelf on Goodreads. The book should remain as Want-to-Read until the Sweepstakes end date, or your entry will be ineligible.

Disclosure in Connection with Publicizing Entry. If you choose to promote your entry (including the presence of the book on your Want-to-Read list) via social media or other channels, you should disclose your connection to the Sweepstakes. For example, it may be sufficient to include a statement such as #GoodreadsGiveaway.

Other Giveaways. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any giveways awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.

Additional Terms. Woander Tours Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel a Giveaway at any time. Woander Tours Limited and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Giveaway materials. Woander Tours Limited may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with a Giveaway; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the account used to enter a Giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account.

No greater than the number of giveaways stated by Woander Tours Limited will be awarded. If any errors occur in the selection of a potential winner, or if more giveaways are claimed than specified, Woander Tours Limited may award the giveaway(s) by random drawing from among all eligible claimants. All giveaways made available for a Giveaway may not be awarded in the event Woander Tours Limited does not receive a sufficient number of qualified and eligible entries for an applicable Giveaway.

Miscellaneous. Each Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. By entering a Giveaway, you agree that Woander Tours Limited, and each of its respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Giveaway (all aforementioned parties are collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including reasonable legal fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the Giveaway, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.

You agree that Woander Tours Limited decisions related to each Giveaway and all distribution of giveaways are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Woander Tours Limited and their respective affiliates may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by law, and Woander Tours Limited and their respective affiliates may be required to disclose the winner’s address to Irish regulatory authorities.

Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with this Giveaway will be treated in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

If you believe that your intellectual property or other rights are being infringed by this website or any of the publications, events or services offered by Woander, or if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, in the first instance please contact info@woandertours.com.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PHYSICAL GOODS

Returns

We are happy to refund any unsuitable items returned within 28 days after the products have been received, provided they are in resalable condition.

Please contact info@woandertours.com if you wish to return items to us, briefly describing the items to be returned and the reason(s) for return. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Please note that any special, made-to-order or personalised items you purchase from us cannot be returned and refunded unless they are faulty.

Cooling-Off Period/Withdrawal

Under EU law, you always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last item(s) in your order. As above, please contact info@woandertours.com to notify us of your decision and describe the items to be returned.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option only, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw or return unsuitable items. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earliest.

After a purchase on the Website has been made, Woander will not make any adjustments to the amount paid by you, unless you have received the wrong price due to technical issues/errors on the Website.

DIGITAL GOODS

Cooling-Off Period/Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. However, in relation to digitally provided content, this withdrawal period also ends as soon as you begin downloading the content for the first time.

By purchasing our digital goods (including but not limited to our Audio Tours & Guides), you agree upon checkout that the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after you purchase such digital content or at the moment you begin downloading the content for the first time, whichever is sooner. Therefore, if you have purchased any of our digital goods, and you wish to withdraw within the 14-day period, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE CONTENT.

As above, please contact info@woandertours.com to notify us of your decision to withdraw from your order within the specified time period.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from your order.
